Main activities
Operating an integrated SHE (safety · health · environment) system
We have constructed a SHE platform based on data and are practicing sustainable green management through it, effectively performing environmental tasks and sharing information.
Safety accident prevention activities
We aim to ensure anticipative accident prevention and create safe workplaces through various safety activities, such as joint safety inspections of workers, management, and cooperative companies, safety campaigns, safe environment exchange meetings, abiding by five major safety rules, and running a Safety Accident Prevention Committee.
Safety education and Safety Culture Centers
We expand the accident prevention education aimed at achieving zero hazards at factories and run Safety Culture Centers at the factories in Pohang and Suncheon to enhance safety awareness among full-time workers.
Introduction of Smart Safety System (SSE)
We are strengthening safety accident prevention and reducing severe disasters by introducing AI and SMART safety devices such as crane safety systems, dangerous area access restriction systems, intelligent camera control systems, and fire detection systems.
